He is an international laughing stock. Putin clearly looks upon Obama as an incompetent fool. It is hard to "negotiate" with leaders who have contempt for "our" president.

Kerry is even worse than Obama and is running around making statements like he's the President of the US. Maybe he feels the vacuum.

True story: While in Barbados a few weeks ago, my wife and I took a tour of the island using one of the local van-tour companies. While traversing the island, the driver stopped in front of a few houses and a school. Over the loudspeaker he said: "You Americans on board will like this.....the house we are sitting in front of is the family of Eric Holder Jr, the Attorney General of the United States! And the school across the street is named after him!"

I kid you not, the whole van (12 people) booed loudly. Ironically, there were only 6 American's in the van...the rest were Scottish and British.

It was hilarious, as the van driver seemed to think we'd actually be amazed to be seeing Holder's family homestead.
