Yes....But, this question about the web page has caused the recess. They are quibbling whether it can be raised in rebuttal.
He'll be back after the judge makes her ruling.
I guess since he lied she thinks it is OK because you get info "after the trial".
He said it with such vehemence, I'm thinking he didn't know that the website was advertising the Zimmerman program. But it might still be used for impeachment, depending when the Zimmerman stuff was posted.
Not really. It could just as well support a scenario where Zimmerman was on top of Martin, locking his arms, pulling on the lower left portion of his hoodie in order to get a clear shot. as Martin attempts to pull away, Zimmerman shoots. That would also explain the "L-shaped" misalignment between the bullet holes in the chest and the hoodie/sweatshirt.
Even the prosecution has given up on the theory that Zimmerman was on top. Now, as I understand it, the theory is that Martin was on top but then running away when he got shot in the anterior chest. The case is over now though, so it's up to the jury.
Exactly, even the blood trapped under fingernails was not very useful to get DNA. I'm not sure why the DNA is a big deal here anyway. This isn't exactly a "who done it". Even if there was Martin's blood or DNA on the gun or holster it wouldn't mean anything.

Hell, who knows what their "theory" is anymore. I guess we'll find out in closing arguments, which will be nothing more than more speculation. Its not as if they can use much info obtained from the trial unless they're going to go over how many times their own witnesses backed the Defenses version of things.

On the gun or holster it would mean a lot. It would mean that they were struggling over the gun.
