esp tourism so it will hit their pockets so they learn so they repeal/change SYG
i know i aint goin to miami anymore till they do, will it help or make any difference tho?
This is an ultra conservative board so i alread know how the poll will turn out.
Absolutely. How dare they steal all the warm weather and not let the rest of the country have any?
They can have some of our "warm" weather from Nevada... Besides, the humidity there is insane...
As for the OP...
How many states are you willing to boycott? Roughly half of them have some version of a SYG law. Also, SYG wasn't a part of the Zimmerman defense, so what exactly is your beef with Florida?

wateva
jurors were given instructions about SYG, they acquited him based on that
AND, even besides this case, SYG gets used in FL all the time and murderers go free
I voted NO, simply because anyone who would boycott Florida would HAVE to boycott all the other states which have SYG laws, as well.
Including Montana, and we need all the tourists we can get, to spend their money in our fair state.
Also, many of those who would boycott Florida (or any other SYG state) just might have to move! The state they are currently living in may have the SYG law, and they don't even know it!
OH, the HORROR! Their state might even have a more liberal SYG law than Florida does, such as the state that says you can chase the perp and shoot them if they run away!
