TSA Misconduct is up 26% in 3 years! That includes sleeping on the job and stealing items from passengers.

Most importantly, though, If they're allowing 1,900 security threats to go through, and nothing happened, why in gods name do we need them?

To prevent people with weapons to board a plane. I think they need to purge the crap out of the agency.

I haven't and won't fly until TSA goes away. There is no way I will subject my wife or myself to that BS.

As to cops on the street they too had best use the hands OFF policy if they want to stay healthy.

In Yankeedom it's been the rule to keep ones hands to themselves.

The problem is the entire agency is crap. This is the lowest of the low for government jobs. The turnover rate is ridiculous. The people that you see are those that can't get work anywhere else. TSA can't be effective unless they get serious and start hiring educated people who can think and behave rationally. But they can't do that because it'd require higher wages. It's a complete joke.

I do have to say, and I will knock on wood, during the recent trips I have been on the TSA agents have been kind and engaging. Some of them understand the long security lines can be tiresome and annoying.

One time I was wearing my Giants shirt and the agent was a Cowboy fan so we were bustin each others chops.he was still doing his job monitoring and helping people load the conveyor belts.

I've flown twice in my life. Once when I was 2, I flew with my parents to Florida, and the other was for my honeymoon when I was 27. Honestly, I'd rather drive, as you can see more. Growing up, I had been through, or seen about 17 states. In fact, someday I'd love to drive across country and see all of the states. However; that is way down the road. As it stands I really have no urge to go to Europe (though there are a few places I'd like to see) when there is so much of this big country left to see.

I would however fly to the Caribbean.
