"I have failed to fully respect the women who work for me and with me."...Bob Filner, (D) San Diego Mayor has been accused of treating women working for him in an disrespectful manor. Allegations of "sexual harrasment" have arisen from female co-workers.

I agree about that. If he were simply having an affair I'd say it has nothing to do with his work but he was harassing his co-workers. That right there is call for resigning. Or ousted.

That, and the silly putz tries to shift blame by having all city employees take sensitivity training in an attempt to make everyone look guilty.

Mayor Filner is calling for outreach and sensitivity awareness for all city employees. Does the Mayor just need to leave? Resign?[/LEFT]
I don't know why he should leave -- Bill Clinton didn't leave and the feminists worshipped him and wanted to service him when it came out what he was doing in office. Even First Lady Hillary went on the attack against the women he abused.

Hmmm, I don't recall Clinton sexually harassing various co-workers.
So, you think this person should still keep his job even after sexually harassing his co-workers?
Let's not rush to judgement. He hasn't been convicted yet. Could be another Tawana Brawley situation.
