Well there could be a very good reason why it took place.

One thing I learned a long time ago when working for a company, when you have a group of top management traveling somewhere, you dont put them all on the same plane, just to be safe. If the plane goes down, there isnt anyone left to manage the company..

Maybe thats the significance here, if AF1 goes down, there would be a survivor with the same intelligence as Obama to take over..

Air Force one would land at Waco then Bush and his entourage would be flown by helicopter 40 miles west to his Crawford ranch.
In 8 years Bush made 77 trips to Crawford - that's 10 trips per year.
Obama has made 4 trips to Martha's Vineyard in 5 years.

Obama: Let them eat cake!

Yeah, I guess the sequester he came up with only applies to school kids touring the White House and to wounded veterans not getting care

So do I. It's funny to read their teeth-gnashing, hand-wringing, spittle-flecked rants over nothing.

Correct, the topic has to do with fiction not fact.

The Liar n' Thief never had a dog he didn't eat before, and didn't want this dog. Why he pretended to even like living dog is well past me. He sure didn't do it for his wife...
Muslims think dogs are unclean. I bet if Barak touches Bo, he washes his hands 7 times. They just got him for photo ops.

You conservative guys have seriously lost your marbles...you have the critical reasoning ability of broccoli, apparently.

The dog did NOT "fly on its own private plane." The dog flew on a government plane with staffers who would have been traveling to Martha's Vineyard anyway. Reason for two flights is the aircraft size limitation imposed by the airport runway there. If you want to be upset about something here, it should be about why the staffers were needed (hint: because even when on vacation, the President is still in a fully-functional work environment).

To be thorough, we also checked with the White House. Katherine Bedingfield of the White House Office of Media Affairs told us that the claim is "baseless and absurd." Bo does not even require his own seat, and during the Maine trip he traveled on a government-owned plane with White House staff.

So, Bo did indeed arrive in a separate jet, but it's ridiculous to claim that he has his own airplane. He traveled on a government-owned plane with government staffers who didn't fit in the small Gulfstream G3 that the First Family had to take because of the physical limitations of the Trenton airport runway. We rate this False.
