That's their choice and good for them for standing up for what they believe. Personally, I would have gone out of respect for the office of The President.

It's nice of Obama to do this - lucky for him that he doesn't have "his hands full with other issues".
I think it's silly to refuse to go to something like this. It's a team thing, not a personal thing - AND it's pretty special to get into the White House these days since they locked the doors to the Millions a year that made arrangements for the tours.

Agreed. Okay when my party does it, not okay when your party does it mentality. Except for the hand picked winners and losers there isn't much of a difference between the two parties.

Good for them..........good to see someone not fakin' and glad-handin'.

Love that quote!

Big deal. 3 out of 45 players chose not to go. That sounds about right. You can pick 45 people from any group in this entire Country, and you're bound to have three of them that turn out to be ignorant a$$h*les.

And so it is with the 72 Dolphins too.

I respect the President who respects the office. This one clearly does not.

He got his knee torn up, for sure. Yeah, I miss the old days. Greise was one hell of a QB. Marino was smart, but Greise had a great team to work with.

Remember Garo (I keek a touchdown) Yepremian and the attempt to pass the football in 1973? I still chuckle at that.

OK, so, you didn't vote for him, right?

Your statement is so ambiguous, I needed to make sure.

Hey, here's a great idea.....

Let's find someone that isn't afraid to voice his convictions in public and then attack his character!
