The problem with Cali is not the Hispanic population, it is welfare recipients. New welfare recipients migrate to Cali outnumber new taxpayers by many time.
not true. Most Hispanics in this country are Mexican - most Mexicans are mixed Native and European. Not white. Most other Hispanics are either Puerto Rican, Central American, Cuban or Dominican. Only U.S. Cubans are predominantly white - all other groups are predominantly mixed Native/European or Native/European/African.
