Or maybe they are just misinformed or stupid? Could that be?

There is nothing logical about your conclusion. It's about as logical as claiming 25% of people are stonemasons because they can't dance ballet.

They should fix this thread. Edit the title to simply say "unarmed man shot by police seeking help after car accident"

This is just sad to me. I don't think the victim's race had anything to do with it. I have a feeling this cop would have shot and killed him even if he was White. Itchy trigger fingers as usual.

Right. There is a pattern in this area and have been several reports of someone knocking on the door and when no one comes to answer, they kick the door down. This has happened all hours of the day. I expect people to use my doorbell. Wasn't the homeowner a lady living alone? I would have called the police too.

If the person killed had been the policeman; you would have heard nothing about it on national news.

I am wondering what caused the man to wreck. I have heard nothing of any other cars being involved. Most people would have called for help on their cell phone. The whole thing was very strange and I don't think the policeman was the only person that was at fault. It is a very sad situation but please do not make someone just trying to do his job in keeping others safe like the homeowner the scapegoat.

But you can't fuel racial hatred with a title like that. These days, that's a no-go.

I haven't kept up with this case since the day it took place, if he's been arrested then good. I wouldn't go so far as to say that anyone was murdered, that's for a court to decide.

Nope, not exactly. He was found not guilty of murder along with all of the other trumped up possible charges. That means that the shooting was justified.

I read he was disoriented from the crash, if you ever been in a traumatic situation you're pretty much all over the place.was a taser/stun gun unavailable ? Irony, survive a near fatal crash only to be killed by police as you ask for help
