That doesn't really work, that method has already been proven as faulty.

Where does Delay go to get his life and reputation back, much less that $12 million?

You need to tale step back, he is innocent in a court of law but not so much in the court of public opinion. This is the same legal system that exonerated OJ but to hold up either Tom Delay or OJ as victims is absurd. Legally it doesn't matter he is free so go celebrate and be glad that a man of his character is out on the streets, who knows maybe they will him to congress.

The difference is, OJ was found innocent of murder by the jury, murder was still a crime. Delay as convicted of something that was not even a crime in the first place, and the court later acquitted him of any wrong doing.

In other words, he got off on a technicality. So, you can stop shopping for Delay's white robes.

Well in the first place the jury sure thought it was a crime , I guess judges know better. Go change the legal system and do away with jury trials.

Is that why it took 8 different grand juries to even decide to charge him?

You're a perfect example of what I was talking about.

You really know nothing about the history surrounding this do you? Ronnie Earle went grand jury shopping, blowing thru six grand juries until he found one corrupt enough, partisan enough, and/or ignorant enough to indict him on this bogus charge.
