Who enforces federal laws

These programs only exist so the govt can create big investment funds to raid. How about we get rid of them and let the govt stop being almost the entire economy. If the govt wasn't busy siphoning everyone's energy individuals could take care of themselves.

Depending on which argument anti-government whiners are making that day, the federal government either has too much enforcement or too little. Sometimes they have to bounce back and forth between the two perspectives even within the same day.
