I think some of these folks need to go back and study real dictators like Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, etc. to learn the true meaning of the word. The usage makes me think most of these folks throwing the term around are just brainwashed Faux News drones who can't think for themselves.

Well, it does vary. One minute he's a Dictator and the next 'weak'. It really depends on what day it is.
