Poor Willard!

A handful of folks making mildly critical tweets. Actually, a lot of the tweets in your link are funny rather than hateful.

Turn that frown upside down.

I read the tweets to see if they were funny, and just couldn't find the humor in any of them. I am a little embarrassed for them though. Something that truly bothers me is when slang ends up being typed. Examples of things that just really irritate me are:

"I was like really mad at her."

Or this gem from Mere@HorneyCocaine (not a joke)

"I'm afraid for that black baby Mitt Romney adopted. They gon raise it to be a slave on sum Paula Deen type ****."

It's bad enough that stuff like this comes out of their mouths, but do they really need to type it? And we wonder why millenials are having so much trouble getting employed. Don't they realize that employers look at their social media ramblings?

And yet, when someone started a thread about the bigoted twitter comments towards Miss America, your ilk were calling them "isolated opinions," not representative of American opinion, stupid twitter people... some even claimed they were fake, created just to stir up controversy. So which is it? Can't claim one tweet-storm represents an entire group, while dismissing another - right?

And this is the second such thread today, so I think you guys win the hypocrite award!

P.S. Since I am not a hypocrite (nor a partisan hack) I'll say the same thing I said on the Miss America thread. Such comments are disgusting, and racism is obviously still a major problem in this country... but it is certainly not isolated to one political party, and thankfully a handful of tweeters do not represent Americans as a whole.

This is why I don't have a twitter account. Too many idiots from all sides spewing their rubbish. Or celebrities fighting with each other or telling us what they had for dinner. Not worth bothering with it.

I'm curious to know your opinion-
Why do you think so many Republicans have black or Hispanic family members while the non-racist Democrat families remain virtually all-white?
Do you think the racist Republicans do it to try to score cheap points with persons of color who can easily see through their phony diversity act?

Which tweets are humorous to you? The ones where they call Ann a *****?

Oh, is this the "tolerant" "non-racist" Left? What a bunch of hypocrites!
