It is not justifiable to criminalize an entire race of people. (x) percent of suspects are black is NOT (x) percent of blacks are suspects.
if you a group of people that make up 13% of the population, but they commit over 50% of the crime, that would justify that profiling is good.
So this group of people are a monolithic group of people? There are no differences within this group of people? - class (social, economic), ethnicity, culture, geographic location, lifestyle, values, religion, etc?

Robbery
White: 43.9%
Black 54.95
