There were many injustices done by the Police during protests in this country the past few years. When protests start to gain steam, protesters are often threatened, beaten, and unlawfully charged with crimes that were not committed.
How can we peacefully protest in this country, a key to Democracy, if the government intimidates, assaults, and unlawfully charge protesters?
I can't say much about the rubber bullets because they don't show the whole situation....
But the part about them laughing about it? They thought it was hilarious that they got her "smack dab in the middle" of the forehead? Then they laugh about some article of clothing from one of the "scurrying cockroaches"?
SERIOUSLY?! This is what they think of the very people they signed up to serve? We are cockroaches and it's hysterical when we get shot?
You know, in the past on these forums, long ago, I used to stand up for the cops every single time. I used to try to educate people on how tough of a job it is and how we don't understand them having to make decisions to protect themselves. Lately, however, I'm seeing more and more unjustified uses of force, and now this?
Sorry, this video doesn't lie. This is how ALL OF THEM thought? That loud victorious cheer didn't come from just a few of them, they were all cheering this. Piles of SH*T!
Edit: I do want to know why the hell you are showing a video that is a decade old? You should be able to find plenty of recent videos or stories of cops acting like idiots.

Toy bullets do not interest me. Nor do guys (cops or anyone else) making fun of someone, I can see that anywhere. Are you really that desperate to be outraged that this is what riles you up?
Did the peaceful protester who got shot survive? It must have been a miracle that she came through after having been shot by the cops.

Horrible leadership and training at all levels. All I will comment on a 10 year old incident where the protestors were vindicated and none were seriously injured or killed.
