Not necessarily, but they are moving to the center. And the dems are much closer to a centrist voter than Tea Party bozos like Cruz. Sure, he will have his shrinking circle of cheerleaders like you, but folks who know which end of the horse the hay goes into will realize he and his ilk are just heroically fighting for themselves.
The Democrats are all far Leftist extremists like Barack Obama. If they were centrists, they would have opposed ObamaCare.
So explain to me what is was that ted cruz did that is great for your party? He got paid, but explain how the republican party is in a better position today than they were 2 weeks ago?

Obamacare was a GOP idea created by the Heritage Foundation, who thought up the individual mandate.
Richard Nixon was more liberal than Obama. So was Eisenhower. The problem is that you and your ilk are so far right that everyone looks leftist from your perspective.

McCain tried to warn the Tea Party children that they were on a fool's mission. The children thought they knew better. They would do well to go sit in the corner and shut up now. The country has had enough of their costly tantrums.

I don't see the GOP losing elections. We have gained the majority in state legislatures in the majority of states, and we hold more governorships than do Democrats. All this has happened since Barack Obama became President.
The Tea Party is largely responsible for those gains, not the establishment Republicans, who despise them.
we need a man in the white house. or a woman with some nuts. not an ivy league, don't spank your kids, eat wheatgrass for breakfast, plant made cloth wearing sissy. a person who will tell it like it is and not whine about everything. a person who knows what it is like to struggle. these presidents are all ivy league. they are all the same. all buddies. report to the same puppet masters.
Then it looks like Ted Cruz is out. He is Ivy League to the core (Princeton and Harvard).
