He says the Republicans didn't want to fund ANY OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THAT IS A LIE. The Republicans sent bill after bill to him to fund all of government but they wanted to negociate on Obamacare. Old Man Harry rejected all of them. He was the obstructionist.
The truth is that there was no need to negotiate a law that was already a done deal with a minority of angry politicians who lack the mandate to overturn it, especially when those angry politicians decide to use default as a negotiation tactic.

Obama has changed that law so many times it's not really the law they passed. He gets away with it though since he has the majority.
