why do liberals support regulation on everything but abortion? (abortions, claims, children)

just a question. I could give two craps about abortion, but I am curious as to why liberals support regulating everything from large sodas to guns, but want a free for all abortion society.

Liberals only advocate "freedom" when it comes to vices. And, they make up almost incomprehensibly twisted nonsense to justify killing an unborn human being. They'll claim it's unhumane to not give the mother everything so the baby is born healthy, blah, blah, blah. And in the next breath, claim there's no moral or principled issue with just killing it outright. The two claims of value - that of the life of a human... and the immateriality of killing one are simply cognitive dissonance. Until you realize that it's not principle that drives their agenda.

Viability. Until the fetus can survive outside of the womans body, it is her choice what happens.
That fetus is about 3 inches long and could not survive outside of the womans body.
