The Secret Service is charged with protecting any President who is in office, period. If this man can't accept the requirements of his job, it's good he quit. The agents don't get to pick and choose who they will protect or not.

Personally, I think the story is totally made up. Secret Service agents are always the most vetted candidates of any service.

Sure they do. You cannot force an agent to be a body guard. It is a VOLUNTARY assignment.

I would have figured the Marine One pilot would have resigned by now, all those golfing trips, all those trips to Martha's Vineyard, gotta be monotonous.

Yeah...I like that idea.

And better still.....how 'bout digging a great big, deep hole, and throwing a nice big, fat welfare check into it. Then all you liberal deadbeats can go to your maker diving in after it.

Something like this oughta do just fine..

The former agent's name is Dan Bongino. He transferred to the Baltimore field office ( where he lives) in 2010. He left the service some time later. He ran as a Republican for the Senator in 2014 and lost, claiming an independent split the vote. He was highly critical of both parties and the President.

Sounds like he intends to make another run in 2014. Not clear if he intends to do so as a Libertarian or Republican.

How about anyone that feels that way leave the country. The POTUS is definitely better off without him.
