This will never happen because the whole "Terrorism" exclusion that the government has tried to establish is BS and the government knows it. They might get away with picking on some foreign national, but this will never fly if they start trying to prosecute US citizens in mass. There is no special exception for terrorism in the US Constitution, it is a crime just like any other. I never understood why people have a hard time comprehending this. Would you really care if someone killed your friends or relatives because of some fanatical jihad compared to if they were trying to commit some robbery or get even with a rival gang?

Then how are they gonna get drugs at their expensive parties?

You should do some research into the origin of gangs in this country. Not just the black gangs.

When the Bloods and Crips made a truce back in the day it was the LAPD who was trying to reignite the violence.
