I know that lefties will make excuses, say that it's hearsay, ask for proof, etc, etc.
Mr. Obama’s reported statement comes at a time of increasing criticism for his use of drones in Pakistan and Yemen. The Bureau of Investigative Journalism in London reports that Mr. Obama has given approval for 326 drone strikes. And since 2004, drones have killed between 2,500 and 3,600 — 950 of whom are considered civilians, the organization claims, The Daily Mail reported.
The president’s specific words: I’m “really good at killing people,” authors Mark Halperin and John Heilemann write in “Double Down: Game Change 2012,” The Daily Mail reported. They get their claim from a Washington Post report that buries the statement as a brief anecdote in an article, in which the president is described as speaking to aides about the drone program and then making the claim.
Halperin and Heilmann are far from "right wingers".

As not unexpected the ALMOST-unreported actual statement that the president purportedly made gives the OPPOSITE impression of what the context-free statement spread via thousands of web sites says.
Here's what the book purportedly contains (not having read the book, I have to simply say "purportedly" and leave it up to someone else to read what this particular version says):
Quote:
In late 2011, President Obama, "an inveterate list maker," began writing up a list of his achievements on a yellow legal pad. Writing his thoughts down on paper "helped him to quiet his mind." The purpose was to help himself and his advisers reason through the best ways to present his three-year track record to voters.
On September 30, the same day a Predator drone strike killed the American-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, Obama presented a small stack of yellow legal pages to his aides gathered in the White House's Roosevelt Room.
"Obama didn't need to run through this preamble," the authors write. "Everyone knew the litany of his achievements. Foremost on that day, with the fresh news about al-Awlaki, it seemed the president was pondering the drone program that he had expanded so dramatically and with such lethal results, as well as the death of bin Laden, which was still resonating worldwide months later.
" 'Turns out I'm really good at killing people,' Obama said quietly. 'Didn't know that was going to be a strong suit of mine.' "
I know that lefties will make excuses, say that it's hearsay, ask for proof, etc, etc.

Not surprising that the haters have now taken the side of the terrorists.
