As not unexpected the ALMOST-unreported actual statement that the president purportedly made gives the OPPOSITE impression of what the context-free statement spread via thousands of web sites says.
Here's what the book purportedly contains (not having read the book, I have to simply say "purportedly" and leave it up to someone else to read what this particular version says):
