Good. Glad we're not that stupid. At least not yet.

What good does AMERICAN healthcare do for AMERICANS that cannot afford it?

In fact, many Americans have had to travel overseas for procedures that were just too expensive to have performed here. Our system is broken and doing nothing is not a option.

is "universal" health care the one where rich still get the best, and the middle class are forced to wait in line behind poor parasites? yes, that's exactly what it is.

I think infamous sociopath Ayn Rand just wrote a new book, why don't you go seek it out.

as an infamous sociopath myself, I am fully aware that ayn rand is dead. again with "." how can I come back from such a convincing argument? I can't argue with simple logic, so I will reply "." so under so called "universal" health care, my child would be seen before will smith's child? lady gaga wouldn't be able to slip someone a million bucks to move up in line for an organ transplant? are you that naive? Surely by now you know that is a lie... Why do you continue to spread it? Have you no integrity at all? 0.5% of Canadians seek medical care in the US. Of these, less than a quarter had traveled to the U.S. expressly to get that care.... Far more Americans come to Canada to steal our health care... http://www.nytimes.com/1993/12/20/wo...ted=all&src=pm

Probably the only accurate words you have ever posted.

Not where I live, It would be immediately obvious if that was the case. If people here want a higher level of treatment, then they get health insurance.

Americans I've met here, often talk about healthcare. People from other developed nations, pretty much never. Regardless of outcomes, Americans are more concerned about healthcare system issues than other folks. I think that indicates a higher level of unease about the issue.

Lol! You think Lady Gaga couldn't slip someone a million bucks to move up in line with the system you have now?
Why do you think Cheney got a heart transplant at 71 when others were told the cutoff is 65?

when did I say that? I am simply stating that no matter what you call it, the rich will ALWAYS get better care. money talks. there is no such thing as universal.
