LOl well- the me, myself, & I- are worried they may find out some secrets... the normal Joe or Susie really should not worry --there are enough idiots out there commiting real crimes and the LEOS are trying hard to protect your butts and your kids- Did you read who all was caught with child porn with that big BUST in Toronto? Drs- teachers- clergy-( in the US) do you really want the subpoenas to stop? there are but some many leos, and so much "time"- trust me-- they really could care less if you talking to your honey, while your wife is asleep or you gossiping about the neighbor not wearing underwear with her white tight pants to the grocery store. Crime is very much alive in the airwaves and internet... and that is the new focus of prevention.
With as much restraint as possible, I'd suggest that you start looking into law enforcement and their real purpose. It's not "to protect your butts and your kids." It's the state's means of controlling and enforcing their will upon a free society. Time and again, people have sued the police for not serving and protecting and the highest court in the land has upheld in each case that it is not law enforcement's responsibility to either serve or protect.
Roughly 1 out of every 142 'Merikans are in prison and for aproximate figures, 1 out of every 30 either have been or are in jail, on parole, or probation. I've seen figures that only 8% of people in jail are there for crimes of violence and or theft. A popular figure is that 2/3 - 3/4 of all people in prison are non violent and haven't committed crimes of theft. Meanwhile, we've powerful people, corporations, and the like stealing pensions, jobs, and savings as well as investments, selling junk illegal bonds/stocks, and they can do so because the jack booted "leos" that protect your "kids and butt" will not go after or are restrained from big fish, dangerous people, and powerfully connected people. The average Joe makes a much more easy mark and is for all tense and purposes defenseless.
You choose to cite one case or a few were it, no surprise, involves pedos. Child molestation, one of many myths the state effects to keep people terrified and indoctrinated with fear so they can justify overreaching police, overzealous laws, and keep you segregated from society. 90% of all people are not found guilty. They plea bargain to avoid lengthy sentencing, mandatory minimums, and so we'll never really know what happened because there was never any independent investigation other than the full weight of the state supporting a system it's not held accountable for. Many of the people exacting justice are elected officials rather than appointed, so they have to answer to their constituents. Since most people are indoctrinated by the state run education system and the propaganda is spread through all forms of media, fear is a real motivator and they have everybody thinking crime is everywhere. Hence, there's a real drive for judges, sheriffs, police chiefs, mayors, and district attorneys to look like they're tough on crime. If they do not solve crime or lock people up, somebody will come along that will, and they'll lose their job.
The aforementioned officials have been charged, arrested, and convicted of sending innocent people to "dentention camps, correctional facilities, boot camps" or for doling out illegal tough sentences because they were bribed by private prisons for profit. People are arrested because they don't have an alibi, evidence is planted (many court cases have proved "leos" planting evidence) so lazy leos and district attorneys with huge case loads just find whomever looks most guilty, plants evidence or builds the most circumstantial case that's humanly possible, takes it to court, the defendant attorney informs them that people of the jury will be indoctrinated zombies incapable of independent thought, so myopic wundertards of 'Merikan society will believe anything a cop and district attorney says, and they'll go to jail. Hence most cop a plea.
Defendants don't benefit from the same high dollar investigation or court staff thrown at a charge like the state does, so they simply plea bargain to avoid being locked up for life. Meanwhile the guilty party runs free, or the cops exercise a military style assault on the wrong place, realize their mistake, and plant evidence to cover up their errors. Thanks to the drug wars, a lot of videos on SWAT and other alphabet commissars have been proven to assualt innocent people. There have even been cases of erroneous reporting of false crimes just so some people could video tape the assault and put it up on youtube. Further exacerbating this situation, most alphabet agencies have absolutely no oversight and in fact police themselves. They also justify their own budget from their own oversight... Do I have to explain the dangers of that?
Soldier worship is another good one. Veterans are more likely to verbally, mentally, and physically abuse their families than civilians. None are worse than combat veterans. We've decades of statistical evidence to support the fact that the government creates unjust wars, sends indoctrinated young sons and daughters off to fight or trains them to fight in peacetime, and when they get out, their heralded as heroes for the rest of their lives, yet such is not the case. Why? Simple, the state runs everything, the media and corporate America is in collusion with the state, so civilians are trained to worship military personnel past or present.
You keep believing that tinytrump, that's exactly what your centralized public school state run propaganda program was designed to do. 'Merika isn't even in the top ten of most educated in any category, yet we're bandied about as the riches, freest, most educated lot of people on earth. The odd part is, in 'Merika is the only place I hear this... It's progaganda plain and simple. They can't even be bothered to give you a real academic education and the worldwide statistics bear this out. Free... What a laugh, we've exponentially more people per capita incarcerated than nations our government teaches us are the most brutal factions on earth!
My government and reading myopic boyscout comments throughout this forum reminds me of the abusive spouse/friend/partern/significant other... If I don't have anything to hide, they can search my personal possession to make sure I'm not cheating on them. If I don't step out of line, they have no reason to hit me. If I don't make waves, everything will be ok. When we are in public, I have to praise and worship them for all to see because they are so good to me and I thank God that I wasn't abused physically, verbally, and mentally today because when I am, it's my fault for stepping out of line. Hence, it's a good thing that my partner and or government is watching closely over me because it is very important that they continuously remind me that they will find something and they know I'm going to do something wrong, so since I don't want to be wrongly accused, I will toe the straight and narrow, and if I look at somebody the wrong way, I must have wanted to cheat because it's my fault I'm such a bad person...
Big brother's watching you, and while it's similar to other abusive relationships, it's exponentially worse because of the power the government so willingly wields. The last bit about crime prevention... I don't even know how to respond to that. Why would an agency prevent crime? It would mean that they would have to lose power or down size. The only time a government agency has ever downsized was due to it going bankrupt. Just look at all the old laws on the books. They rarely rescind poor laws, and when they do, you'd better believe it's because somebody on K Street paid them to do it!

Big Brother does not bother small guys busy making a livelihood and paying taxes on time. Heck, I would be weary of those tiny pinhole cameras and comm rooms at workplaces where every one of your keystrokes can be morphed by rogue co-workers.

It's the driver's responsibility to be sure that his vehicle is in safe operating condition. Checking the lights regularly comes under that responsibility. You don't get to choose what laws you feel like obeying today ... or this week or this month. If you don't obey them and the LEO tickets you, maybe next time you'll pay better attention to the condition of your ride before you start out.

I always see these types of posts, and everytime I comment on them in opposition to these conspiracy theories, I get called a "sheeple", that I should just keep "drinking the Kool-Aid". The government does do some shady stuff, but nothing of this caliber. And before anyone calls me a "sheeple", take a look at yourself. People like OP blindly follow whatever Alex Jones says. He could say Pepsi is made from dead babies, and more than likely, people like OP would believe him. So yeah.
