If the people of Seattle vote her to represent them, isn't that our business?

The only issue I see is that people are angry that some one has a different opinion. Sorry that offends some people so much. It must be horrible some one wants to care for the poor and needy, and make sure people are treated equally for what they are born with, like Jesus.

Is stealing from the poor to fund the rich better? Republicans seem to think it is.

They also seem to think that the biggest problem in America today is that rich conservatives don't have enough money.

The majority of people are neither rich or poor. They work for the rich to support themselves and the poor. If the rich become richer during this process so be it.

Which people are "angry?" I just read through the entire thread, and there is just one post that could remotely be described as "angry." Are you are experiencing a hallucination of these "people" who are offended "so much?"

In any case, when a politician wants to bring in a system that has resulted in misery, poverty, and oppression wherever it has been tried, whether Russia, China, Korea, or Cuba, wouldn't a reaction of anger be an understandable?

The difference being that Jesus didn't take money from people by force.
Jesus was all about charity.

So you cannot compare Jesus and a political socialist who wants to do all this good by taking money from others.

They favor policies that are designed to concentrate wealth at the very top, and their contempt for rich liberals is well known.

The politician in this case has contempt for anyone that has money regardless of political affiliation.
