If the House actually impeaches Holder, the GOP doesn't deserve to lead this country, they're too tactically stupid.
I wish he would bet impeached, but I am doubtful it will go that far. There are too many other issues for the GOP to concentrate on, than his misdeeds and there have been plenty. Most of this administration is or borederlines on being corrupt or incompetent.

Holder will be impeached. He just will not be removed from office by the Senate. It will take approximately one year (sometime in late October 2014 should be about right) for the House to impeach Holder. They will hold hearings and conduct an investigation, which will last about 10 to 11 months. Then the House will impeach Holder and send the resolution to the Senate for their vote to convict Holder and remove him from office.

At that point one of two things will happen:
  • Sen. Reid will refuse to allow the resolution to come to the Senate floor for a vote; or
  • Sen. Reid will allow a vote because he knows the Democrats who control the Senate will not vote to remove Holder.
The other possibility is that Sen. Reid allows the vote and the Senate votes to convict Holder and remove him from office, but that is not in the nature of Democrats and therefore not a realistic possibility. Unlike Republicans, who turn on their own when busted committing criminal activity, Democrats go out of their way to cover for the criminal activity of their members. That will be their downfall in 2014.

Of the two realistic possibilities, neither are good options for the Democrats. With 20 Democrat Senate seats up for reelection in November 2014, if the GOP are successful at exposing the deceit and dishonor among the Democrats, it might be enough for the GOP to take the majority in the Senate.

The keep recycling the same old **** ad nauseam. Maybe something new and fresh is in order...Can a FLOTUS be impeached?

I will point out one person who does not "know that" ….. U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson (and Obama appointee ) who recently ruled that Holder's trial will go forward.

Fresh DOJ loss in ‘Fast and Furious’ docs fight - Politico 9/30/13

Quote:
A federal judge has rejected Attorney General Eric Holder’s attempt to keep the courts from wading into the “Fast and Furious” documents dispute that led to him being held in contempt by the House last year.
In a ruling Monday night, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson turned down the Justice Department’s request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after President Barack Obama asserted executive privilege to prevent some records about the administration’s response to the “Operation Fast and Furious” gunrunning scandal from being turned over to Congress.

“Dismissing the case without hearing it would in effect place the court’s finger on the scale, designating the executive as the victor based solely on his untested assertion that the privilege applies,” she wrote.
As for the articles of Impeachment against Holder …. I feel pretty confident that John Boehner will be the person that is the 'decider' on how far that goes. I also feel pretty confident that he will allow the Court to do it's thing before taking further action - so far, Holder & Obama are losing in court.

The Congress has a lot of balls in the air when it comes to the Lies from the Obama Administration - they should not just let them fall because one of the major Lies is in the spotlight. It's their JOB to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. All these issues are important, they have to keep working on them.

LOL. Ten angry men and Michele Bachman. Sounds like a sure-fire way to get the country pissed off at them all over again. One idiotic distraction after another. The shutdown cost what $24 billion? Do these House extremists do anything other than waste the taxpayer's money with their ridiculous games? Other than democrat-hating extremists, nobody cares about impeaching Holder. Just another one of those 'republicans trying to impeach democrats' things again. What else is new? Dog and pony show. If the republicans had any principles whatsoever, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld would have been tried. Why weren't there any hearings on a war based on lies?

People care about the economy and, right now, health care. Would be really great if the time and money-wasting House extremists did something that was actual beneficial for the country. What is it they actually do to deserve taxpayer money, besides looking for things to fight about or object to? They certainly are living up to their name--Obstructionists. Let me know when they have a "plan" to boost the economy.

I think today will be the day the GOP introduces their plan to get people working again. Or maybe not.

Wouldn't matter. Obama doesn't negotiate. He said so.
