End of thread.
I wonder what percentage of those people at the two stores in Lousiana last month who were raping the food card freebie that Wal-Mart was so gracious to provide during the outage voted for Obama.

FF/retail has a 75% turnover rate.

You're all acting like these are slave workers making no money.
This is the US folks.
Walmart, just like Target, Kohl's and Macy's is doing nothing wrong and are following all the laws.
It is always easier to blame the poor than it is to question the employer who is getting rich off exploiting low wage employees and then letting the tax payer pick up the cost to subsidies those workers.

It just confirms the obvious.

WalMart is seldom a positive contributor to local economies.

How are you going to question the Employer? The Employer is not breaking any laws. The Employer is paying for a No/Low Skill job. Stop shopping at these Establishments that are paying low wages. Send a letter to the CEO of the company saying how you feel, tell them you are no longer shopping at the store due to these low (legal) wages for their Employees.

Stop blaming the Employer......the Employee applied to work there and took the job.

Some, that work there, could have situations that have put them in need. We just don't know.

And it's not like those other retail stores are paying super great wages to employees. Face it, retail sucks. A cashier is a minimum wage job.

However, if someone has drive and ambition, they can rise up through the ranks and make an outstanding salary. Walmart is one of the few companies where a non-educated person could become a store manager and make over 100K. Their truck drivers make six figures as well.

Again, it is always much easier to blame the one being exploited than it is the one doing the exploiting.

Does anyone at Walmart know how much the turnover rate cost the company?
Costco doesn`t have to constantly train new employees and the ones they have don`t steal from them.
