More importantly, the snippet posted is a summary of a seminar that took place in October. Did you go, or are you just Assuming what was actually talked about and promoted in same? Do you have notes or a transcript of the seminar?






This is not about obviously about quotas, which I am always against.

But, how do you know you aren't bypassing scores of talented military minded people if you don't try to recruit and reach out to communities outside the established crop of generational military families - which to date are primarily black and white?

I would like to see the statistics of the soldiers being sent to Afghanistan. Are the Afghanistan warriors only killing white soldiers or is our military only sending white soldiers there. Every time I see a soldier killed there, they look white. I have been noticing this for a while.
