I do have an inlaw who does it. 25 yrs old and healthy. Says it with a smile. Why work when I can stay home and get money. Been doing it 7 yrs. there is no accountability to put him to work.
No one champions how great being on welfare is. Most of us are just tired of the people who refuse to make any attempt to get off of it, whether it be through working or getting an education or whatever else. I think it's completely fair to be upset about those recipients.
It's always interesting listening to conservatives champion how great those on welfare have it, much better than working all the time.
I have yet to see some one champion how great it is actually quit their job and go on welfare.
One would think if welfare recipients have it so much better that would be the best option for their family.
I think the best of best welfare scammers do well. It's like networking between illegals. They all share how to game the system no matter what country or ethnicity they are.
My first thought a good welfare scammer would collect the government dole and they work under the table/sell drugs for cash. I bet many make 50k or more a year doing similar, and they sleep in.
