These guys don't seem like the type who separate eachother by race, one of the guys even said "don't blame white people, blame the right people"

It does not appear this group understands the issues being raised in Chicago.

The big complaint is that the neighborhood schools were closed. Which they were in a consolidation to save a lot of money.

And the secondary that not enough people are being hired from the neighborhoods by the City government.

I don't see the Tea Party helping these folks open expensive neighborhood schools or increasing public employment.

never sell a group of people like this short. perhaps they are getting tired of wasteful government spending. perhaps they are getting tired of being lied to by the very people they continually put in power. frustration can be turned to a positive, and the chicago machine can be dismantled if these people are serious about doing it.

Bull. They want their neighborhood schools opened and more government jobs for the locals. They are to the left of the present Chicago Administration.

And the Right is too dumb to notice.

Interesting. Looks to me that even the people of Chicago, many whom are black, believe the answers to solving their gun violence should start with voting differently. Very telling. I think many of them are finally sick of the Chicago political machine.

Doesnt look like this townhall turned out the way Sharpton wanted. Hell, even one elderly black man said they need to start calling for Republican style meetings, and he specifically said its called the Tea Party. Hey, its small, it may not grow, but it is a start. Id love to see a lot of black people start waking up from their slavery to the Democratic Party and Big Government, which in no way, are they actually helping them. They are holding them down.

And Jesse Jackson has been among those protesting, especially on school closing. Rick Perlstein, among many other reporters, have been covering this for quite some time.
