The Duck Dynasty issue reminds me of the Duke Lacross scenario.
You have tons of libs, dems and other social do-gooders open their mouths and start spouting off before thinking. Then, after massive public backlash against those comments and support for the 'perputrators', they insert their foot into said open mouth and start backpeddling on their comments. It's already started and will continue. Funny to watch.
The real hilarity in this is that DD and Phil Robertson will come out of this even more popular, more wealthy, etc. while all these networks and advertisers who pulled them will be crawling back begging.
I wonder what date we could put on the end of intelligent debate in America? Political correct speak has replaced free speech in the public. Sure he has the right to say whatever he wants but he just can't say it through the media.
