Not sure what is meant here, but the patriot act could be said to have benefited many govt agencies, their abilities and funding. Not just govt though. Essentially, it has been used as a blank check to do many things.

As far as I know most bills are planned ahead of time by groups like ALEC. The PA would be a special one amongst bills for sure. The PA made radical changes in the US.

Speaking of fake, you should rephrase what you said above. WTC 7 was not "demolished under cover of the attacks." What is your source of that?

why would there be "footage" at all?
why would security cameras have "date times etc" on them? (we do not live in a world where Hollywood immitates reality. 90% of security camera's footage do not contain a date or time)
