Who are you to tell others what they believe, or how they practice their faith? Maybe if EVERYONE kept their religion to themselves crap like this monument thing wouldn't happen. But nooooooo Christians just have to have their religious stuff on government property. So, if we are now allowing religious displays, then any and all religious displays should be allowed. YOU don't get to decide what is or is not a religion just because you personally don't like it.

Is not Christianity nothing more than anti-Satanism?

If Christians are allowed to use public land to spread their religious propaganda, then every established religion has that exact same right, or none of them do. You cannot have it both ways. Pick one.

Well, no it's not, and either way, religious freedom applies to everyone.

Isn't interesting that it seems a majority of liberals seem to love idea of erecting a Satan(who personifies evil) monument.
It tells me a lot about liberals in general for who they really are.

You do realize that the Church of Satan doesn't actually worship Satan/the Devil, don't you?

Actually, their credo is modelled directly on the teachings of Ayn Rand, per their founder, Anton LeVey.

But if they did that would be fine, too, in the context of this thread.

The problem isn't a bunch of nutcases trying to get publicity, the problem is a government approving one religion over another, regardless WHERE that "other" came from.

As has been noted by more than one of those dastardly "liberals" in prior posts, what's good for the goose is good for the gander - get rid of ALL religious monuments on government property or allow ALL.

And, as I and at least one other noted, a "Freedom of Religion" park might actually be a REAL Good Thing for the state, for the country, and for a true example of religious tolerance for the rest of the world to see.
