If you think that speech writers do not carefully pick their words for a very specific reason, you are blind, naive, and have not been paying attention. Those speech writers know EXACTLY what they are doing when they choose the words that they use. And if you think that NO ONE advised your dear leader what to say, which words to use, and why, you are doubly blind, naive, and have not been paying attention.

At least bush's writer had the sence to make sure everyone knew he was talking about the attack that occured that day...not given some generalized statment....

It's pretty evident that you are not strong when it comes to writing, literature, or anything else to do with any thing involving the English language beyond being able to speak it in the most basic sense. If you had ANY experience with writing, and fully understanding context, usage, terms, and full definitions, you would not even be making this argument. Your dear leader is not the first to do it, of course not, and just to remind you, we aren't talking about Bush; another thing you libbies grasp on to when you know you have no argument.
The definitions have already been pointed out to you, it is up to you to educate yourself. We can hand you the tools, but if you just stare at the tools and say, "These tools won't help me build anything", then you should bow out before you make an even bigger fool of yourself.
