Actually presidents CAN write EOs and every president has done so.
It sounds like a threat to Congress to me.
They are all a bunch of millionaire bums that are so out of touch with the average American that they have no clue most of us are struggling or they don't care what the majority wants and needs.
Yes Obama has a pen and I'm nervous what twisted legislature he might sign in a attempt to make us better. I don't know who he is going to call, probably a yes man who is supposed to represent all of us, but I wish he would call me so I could lay a dose of common sense on him.
Obama has some very scary ideas that are really hurting this country and he is poised to destroy it.
