That video is years and years old. Isn't it funny how certain people just love to drag up old videos about black people and it's always the same folks.
The white guy was notorious for picking fights on that bus route for years. The video was an example of how he did it, but it didn't show that he got up and followed the black guy back to the rear of the bus after first confronting him at the front of the bus.You can see some of the regular riders trying to talk the black guy out of the fight that was soon to follow because they had seen it before.
The black guy never realized he was being baited. The old guy went to jail shortly afterward for assaulting another passenger on the street, just before the bus arrived. He was heavily alcoholic and loved to fight when drunk.
