In a bad omen for Democrats hopes in the mid-term elections, Barack Obama’s favorability rating has slide so far that he’s now nine points under the rating for our favorite crack-smoking Canadian mayor.
In the most recent polling, Rob Ford gets 47% of Toronto’s denizen’s approval, while Obama gets a dismal 38% from Americans:

Maybe Obama should start doing drugs again to catch up?

If your gonna compare the two, you should use the same sampling group.

If 1000 residents of Toranto were polled, then use that group for comparisson of popularity between the two.

When did "American" become a language??? I never heard an American say "I speak American" nor has a foreigner ever said to me "Oh, you speak American".

Rob Ford is actually likable. Obama, not so much.

Also, Rob Ford has demonstrated some degree of competence at his job, whereas Obama has only displayed incompetence.

It is pretty bad for Obama when I guy is barely coherent at times and smokes crack has better poll numbers. The funny part is the Canadians approve of him by 47%.
