Far from cleaning up his state Jindal made it worse legalizing this sort of nonsense and basically paying for people to send their kids to religious schools on the tax payer's dime.

How can a teaching be by force? People's insterpretation of the teachings and subsequent actions are where force is applied. There is no force to accept Allah in the teaching of Islam. What others do in the name of Allah is not the same as Islamic teachings.
