I don't want to know if you like or dislike what either has done, just which one seems to have done more or attempted more as Secretary of State, keeping in mind Kerry hasn't held the office very long.
Do you attribute your answer to actually doing or attempting to do more or better PR or media coverage about those things?
Of course Kerry is better than Hillary but it doesn't take much. Hillary has blood on her hands, she needs to be held accountable fo Benghazi and a whole lot more.
Amateur night at the obama administration sec of state masquerade.
whoever negotiated with Iraq, Iran, Syria, Afganistan deserves to be fired for their incompetence. Don't they have the ability to get feedback from these countries before embarking on such disasterous agreements? or does Valerie Jarret cal the shots.
Kerry looks the part and has done no better than Henry Kissinger's shadow, if his shadow was able to negotiate.
Hillary lied about being under sniper fire and helped to muddle the Benghazi debacle. She is responsible for the death of an ambassador and according to Susan rice was unable to appear because she was upset about Benghazi. HC got the predicted 3am phone call and she said, 'what does ir matter'.
HC has some convenient 'accident' and does not appear when originally requested by congress!!??
Then she is not interviewed by the commission to investigate benghaziwhich was charged by her to be confined to a very narrow scope of investigation.
HC was overheard saying, 'now where did I leave that RESET button?"
Of course she will be a shoe in for president in 2016 and the media propaganda machine inherited from obama will create a fantasy resume of unassailable facts....and there goes another novelty election as we swirl down the drain.

agree except for bold^^
We need to tell the other side of the aisle to quit talking about Birth Control, Obamacare and Benghazi and focus on getting a good candidate
Considering the time each served or Kerry has served so far, I would have to say Kerry. This isn't saying what he has done is right or will work, but he has done more. Hillary was more of a PR person in my estimation.
Only time will tell, but it looks like Kerry is more involved and appears to take the job very seriously. Hilary is/was more of a celebrity, imo.
