No one with a brain is still wondering about this, because people with a brain understand that the state of Hawaii has already settled this. The only ones "waiting for the CCP" to release anything are birthers, who, by definition, don't have much by way of brains. the HI department of health ( under republican governor linda lingle ) confirmed the facts of obama's birth in october of 2008. after that this had nothing to do with "defending obama".

in a blog-radio interview last night former "cold case posse" member brian reilly directly stated that zullo refused to accept any evidence that contradicted his belief, only accepted evidence from existing birther sources and promoted documents he knowingly knew were incorrect.

actually the maricopa county prosecutor has already told him that all his "evidence" is merely speculation and they have nothing that would stand up in court.
