How do you reconcile the fact that the employment participation rate is at a 35 year low and the number of people of people not in the labor force soared to a record high of 91.8 million?

The BLS did their annual adjustment.
It's noted in their report.
The BLS also said not to compare Dec to Jan because they changed it all up.
Seems no one heeded their words.
I read the actual report from the BLS each month and also look at the raw data (unadjusted).
So I guess it is a good report then? I always look at the U6 rate to tell if we had a good month or not. If it has decreased by .4% then that must mean that something went well.
