Then why hasn't it warmed in over 15 years?

You must not know what the jet stream is and the effect it has on the weather. You must not also know the effect that global warming is having on the jet stream which is causing these extremes.

LONDON—The planet is continuing to warm, with implications for generations ahead, and temperatures are set to rise far into the future, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) reports.

It says 2013 was among the ten warmest years since modern records began in 1850, equalling 2007 as the sixth warmest year, with a global land and ocean surface temperature 0.50°C above the 1961–1990 average and 0.03°C higher than the most recent 2001–2010 average.

Thirteen of the 14 warmest years on record have all occurred in this century. The warmest years on record are 2010 and 2005
There is No Warming Standstill

It has, as you well know. This has been pointed out to you multiple times yet you continue to ignore water temperature therefor I must conclude you are deliberately lying.

To properly judge Climate Change (I hate the term global warming because unless have something seriously happen to our atmosphere THAT isn't going to happen here) you need to take it out 1,000 or 10,000 years NOT 5 or 10, this year seems so much more drastic because its been a while since many of us have had a REAL winter, we have a couple dry hot summers or warmer dry winters = GLOBAL WARMING oh my ...

Then we have a colder and snowier winter oh wait NO global warming ...

Many need to research WHY Seattle Wash has a warmer winter than much of North America which is farther south then they are, or the winters in Anchorage Alaska are relatively moderate.

"The most likely explanation for the lack of significant warming at the Earth’s surface in the past decade or so is that natural climate cycles—a series of La Niña events and a negative phase of the lesser-known Pacific Decadal Oscillation—caused shifts in ocean circulation patterns that moved some excess heat into the deep ocean. Even so, recent years have been some of the warmest on record, and scientists expect temperatures will swing back up soon."

Why did Earth

The Earths weather goes through cycles, like here in New Orleans. During the years before and after hurricane Katrina we had to evacuate New Orleans 1 or 2 times each hurricane season. But for the last few years we have not needed to evacuate a single time.

Some years there are many hurricanes, and some years there are very few hurricanes, the overall weather on the whole planet works the same way.

The Albedo Effect
You do realize this is a like to a website that claims its product reduces global warming right? That's like linking Philip Morris as evidence that smoking reduces the risk of diabetes. But let's just say that this fairly simple diagram is accurate, it still doesn't explain my question regarding so-called green house gasses.

Your source was written by a single person, not a large part of the scientific community.

But your source clearly states man made global warming is happening, it just says global warming is not happening as fast as (95% of the computer climate models.)

The climate models your source shows are "like" hurricane computer models. What percentage of hurricane computer models are accurate?
Answer: Very, very, very few.

But even though the majority of hurricane models are inaccurate we still use them. Computer hurricane models give us an excellent idea of where a hurricane will move.

But the thing I noticed is 100% of the climate models in your source show the Earths temperature going up (and so do the actual temperature readings listed in your source.)
