In a religious sense perhaps. You complain about the 10th Amendment while ignoring the 1st. Marriage isn't just a Christian concept.

I know there are ongoing battles in Nevada,Oklahoma,Utah,Virginia,Tennessee...where else? Pretty much a given that Va and Nevada will allow it to go through...the other 3 who knows...

Yeah Texas will look pretty stupid when its the last holdout. 49 states vs. one.

For you maybe, but just because there is same sex marriage doesn't mean you have to only have a same sex marriage....you know that, right?

thats 39 states that could have equal rights by 2016 and some much sooner!

Also 3 State Attorney Generals no longer defending the constitutionality of bans, joining the case against them or reviewing their constitutionality

The writing is on the wall. It's best to just get used to the fact that marriage equality is coming to your state soon.

Brave more like it. I doubt its going to happen though. The judge appointed in this is a SHOCKER a democrat appointee.
