Okay; I might be considered a "liberal" on this forum although I'd consider myself a slightly left-leading moderate in real life. I would say that I'm dissatisfied with Obama overall, primarily because he campaigned on doing things openly and giving rights to all, and that's totally what has not happened. I'd say it's bad enough that if I had to do the 2012 election all over again, I would have stayed home.

I'm quite sure that politicians and those in power do certain things to gain and maintain power. I'm sure they are sometimes unsavory. Politics has been that way for a long time and it will likely never change. Do I think it's wrong? Yes but that's the way the game is played. It's why I never want to get into politics but I don't spend my time in outrage about it. What good would that accomplish?

YES, of course the Scumiticians feather their own nests..........DUH!

This points to what I see as one of the biggest shortcoming of the USA......a failure to make needed tweaks to the way the country operates. Obviously the filthy, corrupt, insane Fedgov badly needs to be limited via systemic changes that cannot be ignored. It is obvious that the 2 disgusting parties have a lock on power and will NEVER allow real, meaningful and much needed change to occur.

Downhill from here on out!

Yep so why don't we just vote for them to raise taxes to take more of our money. Democrats are idiots.
