A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

The couple – who did not want their identity revealed – received the letter and voter registration card from their health insurance provider Covered California, the state-run agency that implements President Obama's Affordable Care Act.

How they are registered ia really irrelevant...its how they vote, which this has no impact on. Repub complaint mode in full swing.

They could always scratch it out and mark the correct box, or get a need registration. Not sure I get what the outrage is here.

What process, registering to vote isn't the same thing as actually voting. This thread is about a non-issue.

I don't know about their registration form, every time I have registered to vote none of the boxes have been marked. Are they incapable of getting a new registration form?
