we got this one old town suburb that in the middle of mix community. this one town is almost 100% black free. its kinda like an 1950 type town. manicure lawns, big sidewalks, oak trees. but because of the bigots, this town is almost crime free. they roll up the sidewalks at night. nobody out. and its in the very deep south. now its no different than detriot with its china town, itialian town etc.

Chinatowns were set up because whites didn't want Asians living among them. Not because Asians kept whites out.
