Then don't have dogs.

They are not ever going to be outlawed.

Good luck. No law against dogs barking. Unless you can go to your city council and ban dogs you are toast in any suit. Hell I was sued for having a pot bellied pig who didn't make a peep. LOL

Most cities and small towns require a kennel license after 5 dogs. You might call the city and see the requirements, If the neighbor doesn't have land for this many dogs, doesn't seem right to have this many.

Dogs are probably barking due to feeding off of each others energy and most likely the lack of the correct exercise and attention.

Keep a dog worn out and loved it won't bark........

Why does the dog need to hunt bear and not you? Just asking......I've never understood the thrill of seeing dogs chasing and scaring an animal. Like fox hunting, seems to be a cruel sport!

I don't go fox hunting so wouldn't know. Hunters do use their dogs to "scare" certain prey into the open. How horrible. Folks learned to do that so they wouldn't starve back in the day. Of course you would probably scream at them for doing so then too right? LOL

Actually you would probably be begging for some scraps off their table or screaming not fair back then too right? They would sick their dogs on you I'm sure.

It is a much larger nation.....some use them to hunt.....mostly the wild hogs.
Or mice. Our Emma was the best mouse/rat/snake killer. Way better than the cats.
That tenacity can be handy.

It is thrilling to hear your dogs work for a houndsman.

Most of the time around here the goal is to tree the bear.....very few kill permits are given out.

When you know your dog you know their voice from the rest.....you know their different voices...the tracking...the chase and the howl at the tree.
