The Louisiana law, along with those in the other 11 states, were declared unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court and are therefore null and void. They can not be enforced.
These states are being silly. They technically have a law on the books that have no force or legitimacy and cannot be cited. It's like a last ditch childish way to "save face."
It's also so they can start enforcing them the very instant some future Supreme Court decides to reverse Lawrence v Texas. Because Big Gubmint is wrong and evil and wrong, unless two consenting unrelated adults are ****ing **** or having **** *** in the privacy of their own home, and then it's SEND IN THE SWAT TEAM!
