In practice that would be true the very small amount of times it happens. I'm sure there are so many exceptions that they could likely write off their time and costs in returning the item that the point becomes moot.
That doesn't happen in the real world. Replace an item, and give you your money back?

The OP and Obama would tell you it’s greedy to want to keep more of your own money. I believe the very definition of greed is to ask government to take money from the people that worked hard for it and earned it, to redistribute it to those that didn’t.

Stoking class warfare obviously was good election-year politics, but it isn't the way to restore the American Dream.
