We are entitled to our opinion of his preferences, too and can pray he enters the latter part of the 20th century at some point even though we are over a decade into the 21st.

Well, I guess he will sweat enough to fill a bucket if he has to ever address his mostly black team in the future. LOL. Zero sympathy from me.

If Sterling had called a press conference immediately and made a sincere apology, then I would lighten up on the criticism a little. The fact that he did not and still has not done so speaks volumes about his racism. Magic Johnson is a role model. Sterling is the opposite. No decent person should be sympathetic on his behalf.

Sterling said he knows Magic well and he should be admired.

Regardless of our opinions about the secret tape recording, a person with any class and decency at all would have already apologized by now. He has not done so. He has basically been his own worst enemy.

It does not ring sincere though, because he also said she should not be inviting Magic to the games. An apology would have been the way to handle this, but he did not have the integrity to do that. Costs him a small amount of time and none of his precious $$$.

Even role models have made serious mistakes. BTW, he has beaten the HIV and is still alive and well and doing good things. He has helped countless numbers of people. If perfection is the requirement, then there are no role models.

Bigotry is bad for business.

That is also the extent of the federal law. Only a minority of states require both conversing parties to be aware of the recording.
Yes, I meant the latter, thanks for the clarification.

True . Just do not have unprotected sex with hookers . It is very selfish to put your wife and unborn child at risk like that.

BTW Charles Barkley and Reggie Miller were my basketball role models.
