Back in September of 2011, Seaford, Delaware resident Reginald Johnson was pulled over by police officers while driving on the night of his 43rd birthday. The officers believed he was somebody else, and after tasing him and putting him in handcuffs, they realized they didn’t have the right guy. Still, the officers arrested him. -

I can hardly wait for the police apologists to explain this one.

"If you had gotten out, we could have explained this the easy way..."

wth, jacka$$es, how about you figure out WHO he is BEFORE you taze him and drag him out of his own vehicle. Swine.

I thought all cops carried a small stash to cover up accidents like this. I sense an "false arrest" lawsuit in the police department's future.

Perhaps it`s time to raise the standards and the pay for police. Too many part timers out there with not much more than a GED and a fondness for cracking heads and harassing people.

Haaaaaahaaaaaaa.

Pay raises for all - based on the failures of others. What a concept!

Here's and idea.........fire the incompetent instead of protecting them at the cost of our rights!

Simple like that!

The standards and ideals are already in place. They've been subverted by self serving liars and thieves.

People say they want a police state, but they don't like it when they get a taste of what it would be like.

Wish people would hurry up and realize we don't need this before the whole police system is damaged. This is messed up to think our police the ones we are to trust, would go this far to arrest an innocent person.
